  • Open Role: Commercialization Ops Intern (Summer 2025)

    HQ Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) (Travel 0%)

    Compensation: Covered by Texas Entrepreneurship Exchange for Energy

    About the role

    As the Commercialization Operations Intern, you will learn the inside of a climate tech startup by facilitating conversations with industry stakeholders as well as building and improving our operational infrastructure. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll learn to manage a range of deliverables associated with business development and operations. 

    Some duties you’ll champion:

    • Generating leads for customer discovery and implementing a CRM

    • Co-conducting industry and customer research via interviews and surveys

    • Assisting the commercial team on interpreting market research results

    • Implementing project management tools to improve operational efficiency

    • Interpreting analytics and research for the company’s understanding

    • Maintaining and improving operational standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

    • Managing social media interactions with the public and Mars’ website

    • Strategize directly with the CEO to implement a commercialization development plan, including generating leads and co-conducting research via interviews and surveys with the aim of securing binding letters of intent.
